Skills Coaching Session

In this forty five minute session we address the skill of naming feelings using sensory language, and review some information on brain development to give an overview of how emotions develop, and why sensory language is particularly powerful for healing and change. The fee for this service is $60.00.

3 Session Skills Coaching Package

In this 3 session coaching package we build a language for emotions, learn the skills for balancing thought and emotion, and utilize the skills based on relationships and situations in your life. The fee for three sessons is $165.00.

Half Hour Follow Up Session

This half hour session is for follow up and support for one or all of the skills or using the skills for relationship or other concerns in your life. The fee for this service is $40.00.

Amy is available for emotional skills coaching via telephone. This is a format for introducing you to the skills utilized in "Opening Your Heart--Awakening, Balancing and Healing Emotions." A forty five minute session is suggested for the first three appointments, and half hour sessions are available once the skills are familiar to you.

Skills coaching is not based on a psychological assessment and is not psychological counseling. For this reason, insurance programs do not cover emotional skills coaching. Payment options are listed on the left of this page and are refundable if changes are made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

3 Session Skills Coaching Package w/ CD

This package is the same as the 3 session skills coaching package and includes the Opening Your Heart CD. The fee for this service and product is $175.00.
