Skills Coaching Session

In each skill session we address skills designed to increase the synthesis between mind and emotions, to increase awareness, ability to self-heal, maintain or return to a peaceful and balanced state and become more clear, confident and decisive.

Developing these skills builds emotional and life mastery. If you are ready to more fully bring out who you truly are, one session is $90/hour. Once your PayPal payment is authorized, Amy will contact you to schedule a session. You do not need to have a PayPal account to utilize the service.

3 Session Skills Coaching Package

In this 3 session coaching package we build a language for emotional mastery, learn the skills for balancing thought and emotion, and practice and use these skills and more in specific situations and relationship concerns. The fee for three sessons is $245.00.

Amy is available for emotional skills coaching AND emotional skills coaching specifically FOR PARENTS via telephone. This is a format focused specifically on parenting, in addition to the skills utlized in "Opening Your Heart--Awakening, Balancing and Healing Emotions."

Opening Your Heart Parenting will identify strengths, parenting goals, teach specific skills and identify emotional patterning which may be enhancing or disrupting your family relationships.

If you are ready to make your relationships more open hearted, feel more confident and have a stronger sense of direction as a parent, Opening Your Heart Parenting will assist you to do so. Amy is also available to tailor skills to those moving through medical conditions.

Skills coaching is not based on a psychological assessment and is not psychological counseling. For this reason, insurance programs do not cover emotional skills coaching. Payment options are listed on the left of this page and are refundable if changes are made more than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
